Privacy Policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control. Last updated April 2026.
Travigone ("we", "us") is a small travel studio. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect when you use travigone.co or book a trip with us, and what we do — and never do — with it.
Information we collect
When you request an itinerary, book a trip, or write to us, we collect the details you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, travel dates, and any preferences you share.
We also collect a small amount of technical information automatically: browser type, device, and pages visited, so we can keep the site working properly and understand what travellers find useful.
How we use it
To plan and confirm your trip, to respond to your messages, and to send the occasional letter from the road if you've opted in to our journal newsletter.
We never sell your information. We don't run ads, and we don't hand your details to anyone outside the small team of guides and planners actually working on your itinerary.
Data security
We store your information on encrypted, access-controlled systems and limit access to team members who need it to do their jobs.
No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@travigone.co and we'll handle it personally — usually within a few days, never a form-letter queue.
Children's privacy
Travigone is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the date below. We won't quietly narrow your protections.
