These terms govern your use of travigone.co and any trip booked through Travigone Travel Studio. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything is unclear, ask us before you book.
Acceptance of terms
By browsing travigone.co or booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right, tell us before you book — we'd rather talk it through than have you sign something you're unsure about.
Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed an itinerary and received the deposit stated in your quote. Full payment is typically due before departure, as specified per trip.
Prices are quoted in the currency shown and are valid for the dates given; they may change if your travel dates shift significantly.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms vary by trip and are confirmed in writing before you book, since some accommodations and guides require advance non-refundable commitments on our end.
If we have to cancel or materially change a trip, we'll offer a full refund or an alternative route of equal value.
Traveller responsibilities
You're responsible for having valid travel documents, any required visas, and appropriate travel insurance for your trip.
Please tell us about any health, dietary, or accessibility needs before departure so your guides can plan properly.
Intellectual property
Text, photography, and itineraries on this site belong to Travigone or our contributors. You're welcome to share links, but please don't republish our content without asking.
Limitation of liability
We plan carefully, but travel carries inherent risk — weather, road conditions, and circumstances outside our control. Travigone is not liable for delays, losses, or incidents caused by third parties, force majeure, or a traveller's own decisions once on the ground.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip you book with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where Travigone Travel Studio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
